These Terms & Conditions May Change
Availability
When inquiring about available dates, please keep in mind that my calendar can fill up quickly and availability is subject to change. Inquiring about a date does not reserve your spot on my calendar- completing the scheduling process & full payment does. Please note that drop cookies take much less time than decorated sugar cookies. Drop cookies need to be ordered no later than 72 hours prior to your event. Decorated sugar cookies need to be ordered no later than 2 weeks out from your event.​​
Packaging
Each of sugar cookies come individually heat sealed to ensure maximum freshness that can last up to 3 weeks at room temperature. Labels on each cookie and/or box state the variety and known allergens. Cookies are placed inside bakery boxes for easier transport.

Cookies
Cookies are approximately 3-4 inches in length and 1/4" thick. Cookies are treenut and coconut free. Please do not request to add treenuts or coconut ingredients, I am highly allergic to treenuts and coconut. I offer gluten free on selected cookie flavors.
Pricing
As seen on the Cookie Menu page that is the base price. Prices may increase with difficulty of design, quantity of colors needed (example- gold or silver) and floral designs. I do not do quantity discounts-each cookie is handmade and decorated fresh for you. Payment is due within 3 days after our communication via email.
Quotes
I am happy to give quotes on inquires. Feel free to send me inspiration pictures or ideas. Please allow creative freedom with designs (exception of custom logo orders). I will not exactly replicate another artist and/or baker’s work or my own past orders.

Orders
Once you have placed an order and we have spoken via email, I will confirm the price of the cookies based on the agreed design and date of pick up. I will send an invoice and I request 100% payment within 3-5 days of booking. Payment must be paid in full. I do not accept 100% payment at the time of pick up.

I appreciate your understanding as I am a small business and I am operating in a smaller environment than a large corporation. If you were not to pick up your cookies, change your mind on wanting cookies, change your mind on the design of the cookie - it is really unfair to me to eat the cost of supplies, time and patience to make unwanted/abandoned cookies.

Payment Options
I only take Venmo & Zelle. I do not take cash, and personal checks.

Refunds
All sales are final.

Delivery & Pick Up
Orders may be delivered for a fee, or they may be picked up at my house. I will deliver to San Diego Area and the immediate surrounding area. If you choose to pick up your order, I will provide my address when scheduling pickup time- my pick up days are always on Fridays. You may send someone in your place, but please let me know who to expect. Orders must be picked up at the agreed upon time. Please reach out if you are running late or need to change your pickup time. Failure to respond or reach out to me after 72 hours results in your order being forfeit. No refund or credit will be issued.

Order Release and Cookie Care
Once you have left with your order, the order is no longer my responsibility. Please clear a flat surface in your vehicle to set the box(es) on. Cookies are fragile and it is important to handle them with care. Payment of your retainer indicates that you agree and comply with the above terms and conditions.
